- Business Start-up. Co-founder and VP-CFO of Pridemark. Initial responsibilities for accounting, banking, investor relations, capital raise, human resources, risk management, budgeting and a secondary capital raise.
- Turn-around. After eight years as VP-CFO, was promoted to president and CEO. Lead a change of culture and direction to improve profitability, stabilize employee turnover and develop a highly functional leadership team.
- Successful Sale Transaction. Led the negotiations and execution of a successful strategic acquisition by a publicly held competitor resulting in a 24% annual ROI for our original investors.
- Leadership Development. Have been given many leadership development opportunities including four month “Manager in Training” program with LifeFleet, University of Denver’s Public Safety Leadership Institute (partial) and five years with Vistage International as well as having relationships with several key career mentors.
- Public Safety. From 1982 – 1989 held public safety roles including EMT, Paramedic, Firefighter, Helicopter Flight Paramedic and County-wide EMS oversight and disaster planning.
